Our Story
Nyahururu Elite Schools, founded in 1981, began as a nursery and kindergarten to meet the demand for quality education in the region. It quickly grew to include primary and secondary levels, establishing itself as a leader in academic excellence.
Over the years, the school has expanded its facilities and curriculum, focusing on holistic student development. Today, it continues to provide a nurturing environment where students excel academically, socially, and emotionally.

Our Heritage
Nyahururu Elite Schools, established in 1981 as the first private school in the region, began as a nursery and kindergarten to meet the demand for quality education. Over the years, it has grown in student population, facilities, and academic excellence, enrolling its first Standard One class in 1986 and moving to its current location in 1987.
The high school was introduced in 1997, producing its first I.G.C.S.E and K.C.S.E candidates in 2000. Guided by the mission to provide a foundation of knowledge while nurturing holistic development, the school’s success stems from a unique methodology and work plan emphasizing qualifications, skills, and a caring learning environment.
